Ever since my first visit to Gary's, I want to say over 20 years ago, I was convinced that this was the place for me. Anytime I've needed service to my vehicles I know that they will give me great service at a good price. I've never felt like they were overpricing me or trying to do work that wasn't needed. The team there is fantastic! I just had some new tires put on yesterday. Just had some service performed on my vehicle and they were able to take care of my problem right away. Have been going there about 15 years and always have good service. Everyone there is respectful and courteous. They discuss the problems with you and Tony keeps in touch if they run into something unexpected. Gary’s is great. We were stationed at fort Meade, and found these guys. Tony has excellent customer service skills. He is so nice and respectful. Beverly is so nice too. They never work on the car unless they call you first and go over it. I wish I would have found them sooner!! Very honest, and respectful. I would recommend them to anybody!
I recently moved to Maryland and needed State inspection. I Googled Automotive places within the area and Gary’s Automotive was first to pop up in the searches. Based on the reviews, I decided to take my car to be inspected. I have to say from the first time that I called, I felt like I made the right choice prior to even bringing my car in. We trust them completely - always great, fast, and honest service. We've been living in the area for many years and our only regret is that it took us until 2 years ago to find them. We will only take our cars there now.
The staff is so friendly. I haven't gotten the chance to talk much to the ones who actually do the work on my car but Tony and Beverly at the front desk are always amazing. I recently had my car worked on so that I will be able travel safely to my job and they have been doing everything in their power to make their business safe for the public. They have been constantly sanitizing and wearing masks, and my technician actually sanitized my car before it was returned to me, amidst the pandemic.
Very very polite. Their knowledge is thru the roof. Ask a question. You get a honest answer Lots of places try and rip you off. They are very fair. Fast, good, professional, and always willing to help. On a scale 1-10. They get a 20. On a star level * to **********s. They get 20 Stars. Very good!
