RecommendedHello I am the guy who deferred truck maintenance for a long stint. Gary's got me fixed up right away. They even took the time to diagnose vs. just replacing everything. Ultimately that's what it took but at least they tried to save me $$ which I appreciate. I will be returning to them next issue that comes up. -Ryan

They explained exactly what was needed.They completed work as quoted in the time they quoted without adding any costs. I will take my other cars into them for service from now on
I would not recommend doing business with the boss Jeff, especially if you are trying to buy a car from him. He does shady business, and likes to waste people's time. I rode a bus for an hour and a half to meet him to buy his Toyota, only to get there and find out he decided to go ahead and leave, knowing I was on my way. He also will not give you a fair price, was trying to charge me almost a grand more than what the Blue Book on the car was. Gary’s auto care stands behind their work. They replaced the engine in my car a few years ago. Under warranty they found trouble and put in another engine. They were thorough in checking this new engine and they found a factory defect, removed it and put in another. Car is back and will be seen by no one but Gary’s. They go the extra mile. Stayed in touch through the whole process.
Gary’s Auto Care took amazing care of me! They answered all my questions, checked out all the concerns I had about my SUV and fixed all the problems, got her up and running again and even added a few special touches such as a windshield wiper. They even did a courtesy diagnostic on my spare car because I was told it was unsafe to drive, and it turns out it was. Will and his team are amazing and I highly recommend them. These guys were great and really helped me in a jam. I had to go through DEQ, but had limited time to do it. When my car didn't show up on the DEQ testing machines I stopped in at Gary's to get it checked. No appointment and they were really busy, but they were nice enough to hook it up and find the fuse that needed to be replaced. I was able to get it fixed and back through DEQ before 10:30am. They were professional, friendly, and I'm definitely going back for regular car service.
I have been using Gary's Auto since I bought my car. They have consistently been kind, clear, reasonable and funny. I've observed them treating diverse populations of people with respect and would highly recommend.
