I downloaded the AZ Real Experts app on his recommendation and it's genuinely the best home search tool I've used, faster MLS updates than anything else I tried, and it let me flag favorites and leave notes on listings. Made the whole process with my real estate agent much smoother. Closed on a place in San Tan Valley within two months of starting the search.

Gary did an amazing job with the sale . He went above and beyond helping with issues that normally don't come up. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
Gary helped us find our new home as we relocated in Arizona. We decided to go with a new build and as you may know, new builds comes with a few issues and he helped us every step of the way. If he did not know the answer, he would find out. He took time with us through our inspection, and our walk throughs. He is very professional!!
