I called the office this morning to ask a few questions about a deposit in my account and what my insurance had covered. I was transferred to the insurance department and believe I spoke with Jami Denny. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and wouldn’t let me finish explaining my questions. I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 2, and she is now 12. I do like Sam Owen’s, but his dad messed up one of her baby teeth. As time went on Sam Owen’s has done a good job. Our last visit they added a new female Dr, she is horrible. Very hateful and pushy. This visit the staff at the front desk was very rude. If you are looking for an incredible pediatric dentist - look no further. THIS. IS. IT. Dr. Tara is so good with children and explained everything she was doing to my daughter. She got the coolest unicorn crown today and can’t wait to show her friends! Dr. Tara made this appointment such a breeze. From the front desk to all the clinical staff - they took care of us and my daughter can’t wait to go back!
