Gary helped me tremendously when I was transitioning into college during the start of the pandemic. His exposure therapy techniques are extremely effective, and he’s great overall for OCD treatment.
I saw Gary for a year when I lived in Issaquah. He was a good therapist and challenged me quite a bit. He definitely tried to get me out of my comfort zone so I could improve my well-being. You could tell he really cared and wanted to help. I haven't seen him for a number of years but even now if I reach out to him for therapy recommendations, he always help.
