Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the futur... read more

Dr. Simon always gets me in whenever I have an urgent situation. His staff is professional and very nice. All of our family goes to Dr. Simonand we are very happy.

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!
