Doctor Friedman has been my primary care doctor for the past 20 years, he is one of the best. He has helped me overcome everything from a blood medicine allergy to something insane with my digestive system. There is not a more kind, caring, and knowledgeable in the business. He is an incredible doctor. His staff has always treated as if I was family.
I’ve been waiting on my sugar and high blood pressure medicine for almost over 3 weeks, I’ve called and was told that the pharmacy inside the hospital was closed why send my prescription there and for you tell tell me Dr Friedman won’t be there until next week well it’s next week,y’all inside the hospital as well, sure I’ve missed appointments because every time I go it’s always a problem with front desk and the MA’s in the back with the slurs never speak directly to me, but talk loud enough where I can hear them so this is ... read more
Prior Authorization just forgot about me and all I needed was to get the Dr to call MPC AND GIVE THEM THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT! So now I have 5 days without any medication when I have a file in my chart saying I am approved until the 6/2024 two part prior authorization why only have half of it done!!!!!!
Outstanding doctor and staff is always helpful and friendly office is very tidy Dr Friedman takes the best care of his patients and gets you in the right track to better your health if you follow his advice
