I’ve been client of Gary’s for over 25 years. I can’t say that about anybody else!
I am a CPA and I have had more than one transfer client from this business. The changeover process with them is never easy and they are generally unresponsive. They have poor technology skills and rarely return phone calls. I have been trying to contact Alicia Ross since tax season and here we are 6 months later, still no contact back. Also, for the pricing you might as well use and actual CPA. These are not CPAs, and they are not very professional.
We've been clients of Ross Accounting for almost 10 years. Grateful that someone recommended them to us.
Monica, Gary and their family have been preparing our taxes now for 12 years now and they have become part of our family. They are wonderful people with amazing skill and experience in the tax world.
