Sister loves her car My sister bought her Santa FE from Gary Rome. She is happy with the service so far and really likes the car except for the way the brakes get rusty looking ans show through the hubcaps. She went back and bought two more Elantras there though so that says something.
Sante Fe Hyundais have the best warranty going, which makes the Hyundai line very attractive. Great salesmen, pretty easy to deal with. The service department was kind. It was a little frustrating to have to go back 3 or 4 times for sensor light problems. Apparently there are more than 100 sensors that can go wacky at any time. Anyway, it was always covered. I will buy a car from them, and the dog from the commercials really does come by here once in a while.
Great Car, Lousy Service I keep hearing how great these people are, but I have never experienced any of that hype since buying my car there 3 years ago. The service department has been underwhelming at best, the 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty has been misleading as every time I have a problem, it seems that one particular item just isn"t covered....Service managers are classic tell you what you want to hear, then not deliver...sorry, but if they are the best in the country as their advertising claims, then Hyundai is ... read more
Gary Rome Hyundai Good fast service. Customer Service Manager could be a little politer. Would consider buying our third Hyundai from them. Conveniently located not far from the highway.
