Scheduled an appointment they left me a voicemail saying it was canceled. I called to figure out why and the lady just hung up on me with no explanation

The dr himself is phenomenal. His staff however has much to be desired. I set an appointment for my husband who has Medicare and a supplement for his insurance. Basically covers 100%. I gave th his insurance information a week before his appointment and again the day of his appointment. They did not yell us that they were not medicare approved until after the appointment and then said we owe 60 dollars for today. Lmao. They should have told a person that they were responsible for billing there own insurance to get reimbursed... read more
