Not professional, not friendly, doesn’t care about patients.
PA Molly takes the time to really listen to her patients. She is easy to talk to and makes every effort to find the best treatment for her patients. Nurse Cassie is always kind, attentive and we can count on her to return our calls. The receptionists are very pleasant when answering the phone, scheduling appointments or connecting us to our nurse when we have questions.
Gary is a clown that would rather push random drugs onto you than even speak to you for over 5 minutes. Pathetic.
Writing this for my partner so that her name doesn't have to show up on here and receive more ridicule. Her situation after having an accident was already difficult enough for her, and it was exacerbated by really rude treatment by her doctor. He made everything so difficult for her, always attributing it to the fact that her treatment was being handled by a workman's compensation claim due to an accident on site.
