UPDATE: An hour later an individual called me from the business and wanted to hear my concerns. He listened and thanked me for the feedback. Apologized profusely for the experience. He was caring and attentive and provided the kind of experience I had expected when I walked in. Unfortunately, I’m still going to my old PCP, but the fact they are working on it is hopeful. I will never return back to this clinic. I was sick and was seen by Dr. Gary Van Ert. When he came into the room, he hardly checked me over. He didn't let me get much of any words in, and made me feel "stupid" for the OTC meds I had been taking (cough suppressants/syrup, nasal spray). He said he was going to check on my strep, flu, and covid tests and quickly left the room. Not professional, not friendly, doesn’t care about patients.
PA Molly takes the time to really listen to her patients. She is easy to talk to and makes every effort to find the best treatment for her patients. Nurse Cassie is always kind, attentive and we can count on her to return our calls. The receptionists are very pleasant when answering the phone, scheduling appointments or connecting us to our nurse when we have questions.
