I was very impressed with both Dr Gottlieb and his staff. They are well organized, very friendly and comforting. They provided the paperwork ahead of the procedure so that I could read and understand it before I appeared for the procedure. Dr. Gottlieb thoroughly explained the procedure before, during and after.
I hate Doctors in Tucson! They are impossible to get in to see when you have a problem! I have had a problem for 3 weeks and I have tried to treat it myself waiting to see if it would subside on its own and it hasn’t! Understandably I had to wait to months to establish initial care but now I have problem so I called only to be told that I cannot get in to see “my doctor” for 6 more weeks and that is unacceptable!
Only negative issue pertains to slowness in responding to refills!!!
