Excellent physician; have gone to Dr Gottlieb for many years. He has helped me so much with several problems. He always takes the time to thoroughly listen to the issue and then resolve it. The first time I had an appt with him, I was literally in tears because of the acute discomfort. He took my hands and said, “I can help you”. And he did! I highly recommend this highly qualified, caring, compassionate physician

I’ve had a terrible experience with this office lack of communication. Dr. Gottlieb was misinformed about the requirements of the test that he had ordered. Told me Not to go off my medication and have the test performed, but if it came back positive I would have to go off my medication for three months and have the test redone. General lack of respect through communications. Provided contradictory information frequently.

I visited Dr. Gottlieb for my liver issue and he bascially called me fat. After the appt I walked out and told myself I would never see him again. He does NOT have a good bedside manner and he does not explain things to you. Please save your time/money and don't go see him. Now I see a different provider for my liver.

If you want to be seen on time, don’t bother going to see him.Also ordered an MRI for me after I told him I was not allowed to have an MRI due to a heart condition and a pacemaker. Obviously, he didn’t listen.

Had to live with hemorrhoids a good portion of my adult life after childbirth. Continually put it off because of the horror stories I had heard. I have nothing but praise for Dr Gottlieb and his staff. He had to remove 3 hemorrhoids. Could only do one at a time during each procedure - but they only took about 5-minutes each visit. Absolutely painless and they haven't come back!!

Dr. Gottlieb has been very professional and thorough in helping with my problems and diagnosis. Although he came off with a somewhat gruff bedside manner to begin with I respect this. He has remained very personable and supportive.

Dr. Gottlieb does an good job himself BUT his staff and office have been poor. We were refererred for a throat scope in the beginning of April. We are still waiting for procedere. I've called 5 times since May 5 and left messages ( no one answered phone) and no one cares to call me back. On 2 occasions I spoke to front office and was told I would get a call back within 24 hours. No one has called back. STILL WAITING AND FRUSTRATED. Thanks for caring !

Prescribed colon cleanse, was not effective, and did procedure, only able to give a partial result. Afterwards, I tried to call their office due to not being able to urinate. Went to ER, never got a call back as to how I was doing! Had to where a catheter and a bag for a week, after this procedure! Again never heard from this doctor! Also don't do the easy colon cleanse, I hate to say this but drink the gallon cleanse!

So far, my experience has been very frustrating. Dr. Gottlieb wanted to do some blood tests, but said he could not come up with a code for Medicare to cover it. His office called me the next day and said they found a code that would work. Wrong! And, I found out after the blood test that I should have fasted. And, Medicare will not cover the costs. Have left 4 messages with his office with no return call. Very frustrating!
