I had a bad experience with the person that answered. She was trying to give medical advice and very defensive. I felt like I was being interrogated. I could not get a word in. I thought about it and called the office manager. She was very defensive telling me that was not receptionist I'm right here next to her. Ok let's argue now. So was it a medical assistant?
