In a market as competitive as the one in Georgia is right now we were completely at a loss to find a home in the Atlanta area. Once we started working with Gary the process became very easy. Gary showed us homes in that were perfect for our budget and needs and helped to point out any of the unexpected pitfalls that may come with a new home. Gary was wonderful. He assisted me 10 years ago to find the house were in. He gave us some advice on the industry the area we were in and then saved us much money. On his first day he explained the market has changed in 10 years so let's do it "this way." We did spend about an hour reviewing the market and any barriers to the sale. Once again, assured, I was working with a professional. We listened and waited for Gary's way to work. And it worked well.
