Downtown Secret – This really is downtown's super little secret. Phase 3 provides REAL advanced training for the hair designers at Gary Manuel Salon. They are all talented, creative and super enthusiastic. I get fantastic haircuts and color for less than half of other downtown salons. Plus, the service is great too. I'm never disappointed.
