Dr. Lepow performed surgery on my foot and he did an amazing job. The stitches are like a plastic surgeon. He has so much experience I trusted him and he is extremely knowledgeable.
When I made the appointment, the girl told me to bring photo id & insurance card & assured me they accepted my Medicare replacement plan. When I arrived at the appointment, she also demanded my Medicare card, which I was told by both insurance company and Medicare NOT to carry since I was on a Medicare replacement plan. She refused to let me see the doctor without it. I called my insurance company, and it turns out that Lepow is not & never has been on my plan. VERY POOR OFFICE STAFF SERVICE.
I took my 11-year-old daughter to see Dr. Lepow about her two ingrown toenails. Not only was Dr. Lepow fabulous with explaining what was wrong and what he was going to do (it turned it she had an infection that needed to be drained), but while I was signing her in, my daughter started choking on a candy. The office staff instantly jumped up to give her the Heimlich, which she needed. There was no wait, the staff was friendly and Dr. Lepow personally called the next day to to see if she was okay.
Never going back. Had to wait over an hour. Bad service too
Dr. Gary Lepow was excellent! He identified a problem another podiatrist was unable solve within minutes. His experience really shows. He listened to all of my questions and explained the problem so I could understand. I would recommend Dr Gary Lepow to anyone.
Dr. Lepow is am amazing doctor. He did my right bunion removal when I was 18 and it was great. You can barely see the scar. I am not 36 went back to have my left bunion removed. The experience was perfect, he truly is a great doctor who truly take the time to explain everything to patients. I can not express how much I love my dr. I will never change him for any of my podiatry needs.
He takes into consideration the activities a person uses within their specific type of occupation. That was important and meaningful to me. He is very friendly and easy to talk to.
Dr. Lepow knows what he's doing and has a perfectly friendly and respectful manner. I was always seen promptly, taken care of quickly, and billing with his office was never complicated.
I have seen Dr. Lepow for more than 10 years. I have numerous problems with my feet and he has always worked toward making me more comfortable. He is knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
