This attorney assured me he had experience in divorces involving military disability payments. He knew next to nothing. He also talked on the phone with my soon to be "ex". Unethical? You betcha. He spent maybe 2 hours on my case, took $1000.00 as a retainer and when I fired him, he sent me a bill stating that he was giving me a credit of more than $700.00 My opinion of this attorney is that he is lazy when it comes to representing his client. My new attorney makes him look as if he never passed the bar.
