Dr. Barton is good but his office staff is unorganized.At the hospital they tell you to call the office in 3 to 5 days.for the results of your colonoscopy. Good luck with that. Its been almost 2 weeks. Ive called twice and they say they will call me back but still no call. To heck with it!
This dr is an excellent . I've been to him 3 times without any problems. Very nice dr.
Dr. Gary Barton was my wife's gastroenterologist. He provided care for her as she had advance cirrhosis of the liver. He treated her as if she were a member of his family and when she passed, he shared our grief. I can't say enough about the man and his compasion. There is just not enough medical expertise that could have save her, but he tried. In addition, his nurse, Amie Crow, was outstanding in helping care for my wife, always going the extra mile. The family so appreciated both of them.
Dr. Barton has been my GI doctor for almost 20 years. He takes the time to listen to whatever concern I have and doesn’t just steamroll me. He has even called me after his office hours because I asked a question he didn’t know the answer to and finally had an answer. I truly believe he has saved my life twice. He is the best doctor I’ve ever had.
10:30 appt. Discovered that was just "check-in" time. Actual appt was 11:30. Check in takes about 3 minutes. Ok so I've been there for an hour but......no Doc. Claimed "complication" from earlier patient. You don't allow for a certain amount of this? Obviously not. My 10:30 checkin lasted until 4:00 pm. The office manager is incompetent, the nurses and staff will lie to your face telling you "only 30 more minutes" this specific office is a cluster F from the getgo.
