Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was this provider's office too loud? Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
