I believe the job was done well, and the price was good. Only minor problem was tearing up neighbors grass a little.

He then replaced the roofing, gutters and gutter guards very quick. Gary Kennedy is what all contractors should be like, but sadly there's just a few good ones like Gary. Gary made nearly immediate contact, arranged to view the roof within the next 24 hours. Arrived on time, evaluated the needed repairs and gave me a price (very reasonable). He then asked if I wanted him to do the job immediately, or schedule for the future. I selected immediately. Gary completed the repair in about 3 hours, cleaned up after themselves and left. Since that time, we have had three heavy rains and no more leaks.
