I had an appt for my 12 month old today. I received a confirmation text yesterday; however, upon arrival to the appt I was informed it had been cancelled and they had called me. Not true. I have NO voicemail, NO email, NO text informing me of the cancellation. I was told someone would call to schedule us for this Friday. No call all day. I called twice, left voicemails and can’t get a returned call. My son is teething TWO molars and we drove 45 min each way for nothing. Very incompetent staff with poor communication.
