I saw Dr. Miller for sleep medicine. I can't recommend him enough. He is very expert and tailors his expertise to your specific case since he listens so carefully. On top of that, he is backed up by a fantastic office staff who are immediately responsive and explore every option to accommodate schedules. Lynnette, the scheduler, is probably the best medical receptionist/scheduler I have ever encountered.
I’ve been calling since my appointment in July to get a refund for my $60 copay that I told them at the time I didn’t owe because I already hit my out of pocket maximum on my insurance. Every time I call, I’m told either the same excuse, or a new one, and the front desk staff is rude each and every time. I also found Dr. Miller to be condescending during my appointment.
