Steven Taylor was absolutely fantastic! In a stressful time to find a vehicle, he really helped ensure we were getting the best vehicle possible for our family. I had searched online and was contacted by Toby. I had asked him not to run more than 3 credit/banks and they ran 9. We didn’t discuss how much I was putting down as he said he found a vehicle he could get me into to. He never called me back. I tried calling him three times over a period of 4 days. I then reached out to the sales manager and he stated he would pull my file and get back to me. I did not hear back from him either even after sending an email.
