Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Dr. Gross has been my dermatologist for 20 years. As far as I am concerned, there is none better.
