My mother lives in the apt on Culpepper fern view apts ,she has been without a stove/oven for 2 months now even after showing the owner and maintenence the fire Marshall report that shows she had nothing to do with the stove/oven catching fire they refuse to put another one in the unit and even had the audacity to ask her to pay for it these slum lords has lost they rabbit ass mind. They don't fix anything when you call i have called about my refrigerator and air conditioner unit left a letter in drop off box no response. They want the rent money on time but can't respond to emergencies on time.. i like my home but owner Mr Don needs to do better and the lady who assist him very disrespectful but just like you want respect you have to give it
They are very understanding with the rent.But thats the only good thing.The place was plagued with knats flies and lady bugs.They are very slow to fix any problem and will move anyone in.
