Have always had problems with the staff and just recently they donated a pair of glasses that I paid out of pocket for even though I had came in prior to them donating them to pick them up and they said they where not there. Then a month later the call and tell me they are there and that they will be donating them of I don't get them with no refund. Dr Gallagher might be Great, "But His staff is lacking". On Sept. 3 2020, I paid for a 6 month Supply of Contact lenses @ $162.00 Ca$h.I was told by the Staff they would be In, in a week. 11 days later and They can't find my order. I wonder if they even Ordered them! They said Let us check in the back to see if we can cover your lenses, O sorry We don't carry your High prescription.
