Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
