Scheduled appointment and the day of the appointment nobody showed up or called. I waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time and called the office. Nobody answered the phone so I left a message stating I was still waiting. No call no show. Called again around an hour and a half and again no answer no show. Four hours after the appointment I received a call from the office asking if Gary called to cancel my appt. I advised nobody called. She said it was raining in Metairie and he was not coming in the rain. I advised her that it was cloudy and we had a quick shower on the Northshore but it had not been raining and that if someone would have called, I would have advised this. She asked if he could come out on the next day and I said yes but to please make sure to let me know either way if he was coming or not coming the next day. I have never heard from anyone again. It is a week and a day since the original appointment. This is very disheartening because I hired this company a couple of years back and he did an excellent job. I even gave him an extra $20.00 because he did such a good job. Not good for business to stand someone up and not call.

This is the third time I've hired these guys and, they are the BEST!!! I can't begin to tell you how good it feels to come home to a bright, sparkling house!!!
