They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this general practitioner's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
