It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Dr. Davis. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was easy enough to find. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting, so bring a book. The office's appearance is satisfactory and clean. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this general practitioner answer all of your questions? Yes

Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The restrooms here are not clean. I did not feel safe at all in their care. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Don't bother trying to get anyone to call you back in a timely manner from this office. Even the simplest question will require an office visit.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
