More than a year after a bunionectomy and my foot is not fixed correctly. I now have to have a second surgery to fix what should have been fixed the first time. His office is always empty. No nurse, no receptionist, no one. Just him. You call someone, they call him, she calls you back. It's weird. I would not recommend this office.
Dr. Cockrell is wonderful! I had bunion surgery on my left foot in November. He was a rock star throughout the entire ordeal! He explained everything to me in detail weeks before the surgery. He was never in a rush and made sure all of my questions/concerns were answered. The day of surgery, he was so kind and caring. He called me 2 days after the surgery to check on me. For all of the follow-up appointments, he was very patient and thorough regarding my post-op healing and progress. I cannot say enough about this wonderful ... read more

Dr. Cockrell is amazing. He can fix any foot problem. I went to another podiatrist over and over telling him I had toe pain. He said there was nothing there for him to fix. I went to Dr. Cockrell and he immediately knew what was going on and how to fix it. My toe pain is gone!! I highly recommend Dr. Cockrell!
When I saw Dr. Cockrell for an ankle issue a while ago I was extremely impressed with his approach to my issue, especially the time he took to review and diagnose my problem. The healing plan he implemented completely resolved the issue within a few weeks. Our family has seen Dr. Cockrell for years and we can highly recommend him for any foot- and ankle-related issues.
