It never got that far with these jerks. I had an appointment with them, but over the last 9 months, I have had multiple appointments every week with youth doctors. Having been diagnosed with cancer, it rattled me, and I was confused about the appointment and missed it. Their policy is to punish you now and force you to call each day in the morning to see if an appointment on the same day is available. I am not a 3 year old that needs to be treated this way. I've been going to Dr. Mashigian for 30 years or more for plantar fasciitis and ingrown toenails. He's always done right by me. He saved my son's feet from horrible fallen arches when he was 14 with surgery. He's 39 now and his feet have held up very well. Dr. Mashigian is very nice and he cares about his patients. He always asks me about my son.
My brother seen Dr Mashigian for more than 2 Years the Dr nice guy. but the front disks lady super rude and horrible person she is an evil person I can’t believe she have souls or hart!!!! I was injured I needed argent care I was in a lot of pain I had insurance issue will be solved the next day she talked with insurance representative and told she could get confirmation number and if she wait to the next day she can collect the bill but she didn’t care and sent me home with pain horrible pain and reschedule me the next day ... read more
It’s always nice to see Dr. Mashigian, who has been nothing less than awesome. In fact, the whole office is pleasant, professional and compassionate. I always seem to leave his office in a good mood. Whereas other podiatrists wanted to jump right into surgery to remedy a problem, Dr. Mashigian was all about giving an injury a change to heal. He was right! Check him out. You won’t be disappointed.
Made an appt. and even though they are in network with my insurance, they refused to see me saying that my insurance did not pay claims. They told me to leave in a room full of people when I showed them, that they were in network. There was no excuse for such outlandish behavior and they refuse to respond to my email about it. They told me they did not take Cigna or BCBS because they don't pay claims. However, I am sure there is another reason. My insurance co. said it was ridiculous.
He is so good at his specialty. Always in a great mood. Always happy to see me. He's the greatest.
