Was a customer for a short period of time until they charged me double and then tried to argue with me on charging double they show very poor customer service. They are not very fast with claims because it comes out of their “bottom line” would find another insurance agency wouldn’t use State Farm ever. Not BBB accredited.
Melanie Knapp always gives me excellent service. She is the only person I like to deal with in the office. Way to go Melanie!!
