Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced! The staff is RUDE AND UNCARING! Dr. Watts, spent maybe 10 minutes with me. He seemed bored, uncaring, judgmental, and stuck up. I was neither clear on my diagnosis or medication after leaving. When I called to speak with him about my medication directions and dosage, I was dropped as a patient because I misunderstood his ... read more

Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? Somewhat, it definitely wasn't discouraged Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern
Does this psychiatrist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them
Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic
Front office is condescending and rude. They have unreasonable rules about who can pay for and make appointments, and you need to give them three days of notice before you cancel an appointment. Watts isn't bad, but he's not going to spend any real time with you for your money. Hopefully this is a practice that will soon be swallowed by the recession. It would be a greater credit to the community if it were replaced by a weight watchers.
Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning Did this psychiatrist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions
Dr. Watts made me wait, without apology to be seen for a hour past my appointment time. The chairs and furniture in his office were hard, ugly, and uncomfortable. I spoke to Dr. Watts approximately 10 minutes, where he asked me nothing about the welfare of my children, if I had abused them, never conducted a physical examination of them, never saw their grades and academic achievements, spoke to my husband, friends, or relatives, AND BASED ON A PREVIOUS DIAGNOSIS OF BIPOLAR ALONE DETERMINED THAT MY CHILDREN WERE BEING NEGLEC... read more
