Dr Watts is not fit to care for anyone let alone patients with mental and emotional illness. His abusive language, uncaring attitude, and unwillingness to listen caused additional anxiety for my daughter who was already in a vulnerable state of mind. Even with a signed authorization by the patient, Dr. Watts did not respond to the family's desire to provide input, ask questions, or express concerns. I have never experienced such a cool and uncaring supposed medical professional!! I was not impressed at all! I called in sick the morning of a late afternoon appointment! They tried to charge me $85 for missing the appointment. When I refused to pay, I was dismissed from the practice!! It’s all about the money I this practice! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!!

I was startled by his appearance, he resembles a skeleton and has the personality of one. You are to sit in front of his desk in a hard chair and he asks a few questions before writing a prescription. Wait a minute, I told him I don't know if I want to take any medication or not yet, to which he replies "if you think talk therapy would benefit you more I can refer you." Totally unconcerned, just there to make some money. I did not go back and now that I have read all the negative reviews I'm glad I didn't.

I visited Dr Watts today for the first time. Although he did not stand up and shake my hand, he did listen intently, asked a variety of questions, made recommendations and I felt he really cares about his patients. I am very happy with the approach we will be taking to assist me with my depression.

Dr. Watts is one of the coldest physicians I've encountered. He doesn't greet his clients. He has no personality, and he doesn't really listen - he is anxious to write a prescription and get you out of there. I had a really bad vibe when I left his office...

Terrible... Didn’t even stand up and shake hands upon first meeting, rude office staff, refuse to give reminder calls for appointments, and rush you in and out even if in tears. Another note, they do not have music playing in their waiting room so you can overhear the offic staff discussing patient files and insurance information. Do NOT recommend his practice at all.

Not happy with Dr. Watts, his policies, and office staff. I was on meds for depression, and was treated each time like it was the obligatory appointment to get me in and out and write my script. He did not listen to what I was going through, and what my medication questions were. I missed 2 appointments - hello, I was depressed and the meds weren't helping, just like I said! With no compassion or recommendations, he cut me off of treatment and would not allow me back. Not good practice!
