Dr. Watts is the last person who should be practicing medicine. I saw him a handful of times before I refused to return, and I found him arrogant and unwilling to listen. He prescribed something for my severe depression and it had a terrible side effect. I told him about it and he stared at me blankly and finally said 'well do you want to be depressed or not? Shockingly unprofessional and rude.Be careful…
If you are looking for an office that will care for your loved one, and support them during a difficult struggle this is not the office. Office staff was rude, and the doctor appointments were less than 15 minutes with the end result being over-medicating your loved one, and then absolutely no empathy whenever you have to cancel due to hospitalization, and charging you for the appointment anyway. This doctor may have a degree, but is very cold and over-medicated my family member per the opinion of 4 other doctors.
On my first visit the staff was below average. That was to be the highlight of my experience. Upon entering his office, I said “good morning how are you this morning” to which he did not respond. Nor did he stand up and shake my hand. He just sat there. That he has no personality, however sad, was not the low point. I later called to ask for a refill on a very important medication and told them that I was going to run out the next day, they said “no problem”. I had a slightly rocky start with Dr. Watt's office, but over time it has gotten better and better, to the point where it is consistently among the best run medical service offices. Dr. Watts is patient, kind, and helpful. His staff is likewise.
He diagnosed me as having a disorder which I don't have. it is rather frightful and totally wrong. I found out from another doctor rather than from DR. Watts Shame on him!
This man is one of the most unprofessional physicians I have ever come across in all my years of nursing. He is rude and disrespectful, not just to the patients but to the nurses that work with him. I have been ashamed to work in the same facility as he at times when I have seen him talk down to and destroy confidence in patients and family members. I do not recommend him and would encourage the hospital to do better. Choose a better physician to represent you and to serve your patient.
This man is cruel. I had to cancel due to hospitalization and he still charged 300.00 no show even though I called from hospital
