I wouldn’t even rate one star if the option was there. Drove an hour for an appnt to be turned away as I didn’t have X-ray on me. X-Ray was not good and hospital didn’t even give it to me upon my release. I let the office know ahead of time and even faxed over medical records . Advised them they could take another X-ray. They should have let me know before that he would see me. Ridiculous.
Horrible front desk service.
Money-hungry and inattentive! A physician friend referred me to Dr. Schwartz. I was suffering intense pain, so I was grateful that I saw him the day I called. It cost $300, but I needed immediate attention. Dr. Schwartz took x-rays and put my wrist in a splint for 2 weeks. At the follow-up, I was charged $45. The splint was removed and he put a question mark on his pad next to MRI and physical therapy. He was gone before I could ask a question!
