My first-ever visit to a chiropractor (63 yrs. old) -- Dr. Mendez was highly recommended by friends. I had an upper-spinal issue that I'd treated 14 years ago with cortizone shots but now re-emerged, causing considerable discomfort in my upper R back, shoulder and down to my R elbow.
