I have gone now about 4 times. Following the lead of Dr. Kwon, the whole office seems to be sensitive to my need not to have pain (including the cleaning person). Dr. kwon is very sensitive and makes sure I am feeling comfortable. A very positive crown experience for me.
It takes a lot for me to get this upset but Grace Dental has done it. They have to most incompetent front office staff, I got my scan done at Stanford and flowed up via phone, email and text with Rachael probably about 25x to make sure the office had everything they needed for the procedure. Despite all this they kept sending me info with someone else's record, quoting using wrong insurance and basically getting everything mixed up, such incompetence is shocking from a medical office. They were very friendly and accommodating with my sensitive teeth. I go back in a couple weeks for a cavity but I like what I've seen so far.
Must pay for high reviews or fake profiles as this is NOT the same place that I just walked into. This was a zero star experience! Walk in. Asked about insurance info. I explained that I have two insurances, one with Facebook insurance with a $6k limit and other $3k which was just activated on Friday. Need primary as one and then secondary as other.
