Dr Kershner has been my Primary Care Physician for 14 years. He is very professional, very caring, honest about your health problems, and treat his patients with the utmost respect. DR. I almost never write reviews. Dr. Kershner was the family physician for a few years for my parents and I felt I had to say thank you for his candidness, professional care and kindness. Dr. Kershner is great. However, his office staff lacks basic customer service skills. They are not friendly and are very unhelpful. I can't stand calling there to make an appointment and don't bother trying to get a same day sick appt. What doctors office doesn't have time slots for ppl that need a same day appointment if they are sick?
Always spends enough time with me, is not rushed in his manner.
