RecommendedMy husband noticed a burning oil smell which isn’t common for a 2019 model. He looked under my car and noticed the oil filter wasn’t seated properly (Walmart changed it last.) The Camaro was too low for him to reach it without a pit. I went to Gary & Andre’s at 0755 today. I fully expected to wait until 0800 but the man working opened the door. By 0758 I was on my way out of the shop after he adjusted the oil filter and checked the oil level. I insisted on paying him but he refused. You don’t find customer service like that ... read more
