The overall experience was the best I've ever had, he does wonderful work . My Veneers look so beautiful, and his front desk staff is great, they complemented me so much and were so kind. I would definitly reccommend him to all my friends and family.
Dr. Gary Orbach is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He is painless and professional. In addition, his office overlooks central park and if that isnt entertaining enough, he has televisions in every room for your enjoyment. It is a friendly and relaxing environment. I would defintely recommend it.
I have gone to Dr. Orbach 2 times a year for almost 4 years for routine cleanings and he was fine. Then I needed a crown put on one of my teeth and it was a truly horrible experience. Maybe he was running late that day, but he gave me the Novacain shot and asked if it was numb. I told him it was not, but he said that we should just get started anyway. I cried out as soon as he started scraping on my not numb mouth and he very impatiently pulled away, gave me ANOTHER shot of Novacaine and waited another 5 minutes before start... read more
The office scheduales multiple patients for the same time which results in compromised dental care and a feeling of a dental mill. I felt like there was more emphasis on the fees than the quality of care. Staff had a poor attitude and doctor appeared rushed. Exams are not very thorough.
Dr. Orbach is very good dentist taking a special care in his patients. I highly recommend him.
I have been going to Dr. Orbach for five years and find him to be one of the best dentists I have encountered anywhere. He takes his time, doesn't rush you, and is extremely thorough. He also follows up with you post treatment to see if things are okay. He may have a straightforward manner, but I think it is great for a dentist to be honest and sincere. He wasn't very informative about his process or why I needed to be in extreme pain both during and after he filled my tooth. Once I asked what the pain inflicting device was - he did give me a brief explanation as he stared at his chart. (So, as you can see he is very thorough.) Presently my tooth is KILLING me and I am trying to get an appointment with somebody else - I don't even want him to fix what he messed up.
