Please don't ever use this piss poor excuse of a lawyer. His sorry ass does not speak up for his client. If I could give negative stars I would. He mumbles when speaking with Judge. Does not fight for his client's he could care less about anything but his money . The state of Arizona has him in their pocket alonf with judges. This old waist of good air is good for nothing.
Although I was not a client of this weasel, I can attest to the devious methods he used to ensure that his scumbag of a client, Da Vinci Green LLC, was able to rip me off without performing any work at all. Wieser is an excellent lawyer if you are seeking to breach your contract with one of your customers. He even trains his staff to freak out and spaz to victimize themselves unnecessarily.
