Customer service is horrible, that's IF you can get through to someone to talk to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They don't finish the job properly and then try to find any way out of fixing their mistakes! Completely unprofessional, don't make the same mistake.
We are more than impressed and pleased with our new GMR metal roof. From the material: CF Shingle, the color: Oakwood is a perfect contrast with our siding and the fact that it was laid over the existing roof shingles made the job much quicker and cleaner. The 5 crew members were amazing, good natured and hard working guys regardless of the weather conditions. They also replaced our skylights. And cleaned up and removed all the excess materials. Garvin installed a beautiful standing seam roof at a fair price! The workmanship was exceptional from a great hardworking and meticulous crew. GMR stood by their original quote and schedule. We highly recommend them!
These men came to my house and they were very professional and amazing! They were always working and they cleaned everything up perfectly! When there was an issue on my shed that was attached to my garage, they discussed what needed to be done and the cost. Then they came back a week later to check the hardware. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a new roof!
