Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
