My husband and I just completed a kitchen remodel. We had flooring and backsplash installed by Garveys and we couldn't be happier! The quality and workmanship were superior and their customer service is second to none. We built our home 20 years ago and Garveys did all of our flooring. We've returned several times over the years because we've always been satisfied with their products, service, and quality.
We were impressed by the excellent customer service and flooring we received at Garvey's. We will definitely be back!
I have had hardwood floors and carpeting installed by Garvey's Flooring and have been very happy with the installations. The installers were very courteous and meticulous with the installation. The workers cleaned up after themselves every day and were very knowledgeable on how to take care of hardwood floors. I have recommended Garvey's to several of my coworkers and they were also very pleased with their installations. Garvey's Flooring stands behind their workmanship and tries very hard to please the customer.
This was the second time I've used Garvey'sfor flooring. I looked nowhere else when it was time to get new flooring. There was some miscommunication in the beginning and I ended up paying more than I thought I was going to. That said, the installation was excellent. The subcontractor they sent us was wonderful. He gave us information that we didn't know and was very competent along with the guys who work with him. They cleaned up every day after themselves, and were very sociable. I would refer my friends to them.
Poor installation. Done quickly and carelessy with total disregard to any scratches, dents or blemishes on the material they are installing. ONCE they FINALLY return to TRY and fix 3 more pieces of floor, it will be the 7th time I believe they were here to try and fix and get the job right. If you're building a new house and getting hardwood floors installed ask your builder who the contractor is going to be. I recommend finding someone else if they are using this company.
There was some miscommunication at first but, Garvey's took care of that as soon as they found out about it. They realize their customers are important and and did a great remedy recovery for me. The carpet is beautiful and James Bond has been a great sales associate and I hope to be doing my future business with him. Thanks so much Garvey Family
I had my doubts, but Garvey's turns out to be a company with an incredible level of integrity and honesty. Yesterday, I tore out a carpet Garvey's had installed in my bedroom 17 years ago, and I was shocked to see stickers attached to it that showed it to be 100% nylon when I had paid for wool. I had never been satisfied with the carpet, but I had kept telling myself that at least it was wool. I still had the receipt in my records that showed I had paid for wool.
