RecommendedWhen we were purchasing our house we needed flooring and carpet. Marlo was super helpful and friendly. The installation team did a phenomenal job. At the last minute, we decided to also add carpet in the whole upstairs. We were able to get it done very quickly and the installation team, again, did a great job. It’s now been about 6 months since Garvey’s installed my kitchen/Hall/bath flooring and transitions, in a 1923 craftsman home. I get compliments on how amazing the floors are, EVERY TIME! This was the easiest project in the home because of Garvey’s (and Kandis!!). I never had to call and follow up, never wondered when the job was going to be done... It was done quickly, friendly and super clean! They are FIRST CLASS! Thanks Garvey’s and thanks Kandis!
Still disappointed in the larger scale tile jobs completed. No complaints with the bathroom luxury vinyl floor tiles. Nails have been starting to pop up again under the Mannington Luxury Vinyl Tile floor installed. I will note that this company or the builder individually hammered in all the nails under the carpet that were popped out in the past shortly after install which was very somewhat successful. Will do anything to make a sale. Customer service rates an F in my book. Do yourself a favor and seek flooring elsewhere. You will save yourself a great deal of headaches!
This is our third project that we have done with Garveys. This time we tiled a shower and installed vinyl bathroom flooring. From start to finish, we highly recommend Garvey’s. I got in contact with these guys a couple weeks to give me an estimate on redoing my bathroom floor. The sales people are definitely friendly and make you feel comfortable that they are going to do a good job. They came in and took measurements of the bathroom and said that they'd have an estimate for me the next day. Almost two weeks later, and I'm still waiting to hear from them.
