Garvey Biggers was the executor on my father's will if you want to call it a will it didn't have a witness or a notary. Garvey told me my father gave it to him when he was dying , he died in 2008 and it was dated 2006. I also talked to him about some safe deposit boxes that I had to go to the IRS building to claim because I trusted him we had grown up together. Garvey has been our family’s attorney for many many years!!! He is so personable and extremely professional!!!
