I worked with Charlie for approximately 9 months. I started off with his “Back to the basics” 6 week program, loved it so much that I continued. He taught me so many valuable things about fitness, as well as a healthy perspective on nutrition and exercise. I will continue moving forward with what I learned. Charlie is sincere, very knowledgeable, and has a true gift of genuinely connecting with people. 100% recommend!
